Most new, unopened products in unused condition may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Have original tags, packaging, and all components intact.
  • Be in new, unused, unaltered condition.
  • Not be personalized, custom made, or “final sale” items (unless defective or damaged).

Items purchased from third-party retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy; only purchases directly from kirklandgolf.com (or our official stores) are eligible under this policy.

How to Return an Item

We will send you instructions, a Return Authorization (RA) number, and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please repack the product in its original packaging if possible.

Secure the RA number on the outside of the box.

Use the return shipping label provided, or ship via a carrier of your choice if label is not provided.
